7th December Announcement

Unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to cancel our event on 7th December due to adverse weather.

The safety of our guests and staff is a priority and unfortunately, the didn't improve as we hoped.
‍
We waited for as long as possible to assess the situation as we appreciate this was disappointing news for those who wanted to attend.
‍
Those who have purchased tickets for this event will be offered an alternative date (subject to availability) or a voucher which will be valid for 12 months.
‍
An email will follow to ticket holders with more information and will include a code to rebook for an alternative night. If there is any difference in cost due to standard/peak tickets, please contact us and we will issue you a promo code for the difference in cost.

We are a small team and communicating with large amounts of people is incredibly difficult, especially given the various channels- Phone calls, comments, emails, Messenger, Instagram.

We are working hard at the moment to get emails sent with additional information regarding date changes/vouchers. The tickets are non-refundable as per terms & conditions for booking but the voucher can be used for Halloween or Christmas next year if you aren't able to attend the dates we have available.

Customer service is really important to us, all comments, positive or with feedback are always responded to in usual circumstances but we hope you can appreciate this certainly isn't business as usual.
